I´m on the Roll ... Homemade Bak Kwa (Chinese Pork Jerky)

































A friend of mine who is a veteran is making these once told me it is darn easy to make Bak Kwa yourself.  I didn´t believe her because it just does not make sense why would someone pay so much for a packet of 500grams back home where one can easily churn out so many folds more.
