China Treasures, Bukit Kiara

I've never had Halal Chinese Cuisine so fine so its a thumbs up from me overall.  Everything was well prepared and tasted every inch freshly sources and rightly handled in the kitchen.  We had ...

Seafood soup with abalone, fishmaw, sea cucumber and seafood pieces each ...

Peking Duck ... very good.  Crispy skin, tender flavourful meat ... only complain, not enough to go around.

More sea cucumber and abalone slices served in Stir Fry Vegetables style ...

We had Bird Nest Egg Tart too ...

Steamed Fish ... well executed.  Flesh were soft, its fresh and the soya sauce that went with it were superbly tasty.

Some items were not so memorable such as the Steamed Glutinous Rice.  Perhaps its carb and I'd rather waste stomach space on non-carb.

Abalone Siew Mai ...

Siew Mai ...

Crab Claw dimsum ...

Sharksfin Dumpling ...

Love their Chicken Siew Pao ...

We had another portion of Duck but this time, the standard roasted kind.  The Peking Duck is better.

We ended our meal with Longevity Noodle.  Another winner from China Treasure I must say ...
