Lemon Curd Macarons



































Made these today.  I was rather proud of myself because the macaron shells seem shinier and more even.  Thanks to a wonderful tip from DH Almere, she had advised me to soften out the irregularities with a slightly wet finger tip.   3. My batter still a bit mousse like and not so fluid, so it holds the shape this way ah ... and this is why it has nipple, cannot go down hahahhaa ...
