Mozzarella with Crazy Gremolata and Spagetti Marmite for Pasta Monday

It is not everyday that we enjoy our dinner. Yesterday was a good example of experimenting too much and someone were seen struggling to finish up his plate :-P

Marmite is an acquired taste.  Strange thing is, I never really fancied it in the past but still wanting to give this a try hoping that the butter and parmesan ingredient will somehow magically turn it the other way round.  But I was wrong.  It is seriously for die-hard-marmite fans and if you are one of them, do give this salty and smelly dish a try :-P 

Our appetiser on the other hand was not too bad.  It is a refreshing way to dress up the Mozzarella instead of the tried and tested Caprese style with basil and tomato ... as it can get boring after a while.  This version calls for olives and chilli too in addition to the basic Gremolata ingredient such as garlic, lemon zest, olive oil and parsley (hence the additional word `crazy`... haha).  It works as the tanginess of the lemon zest cuts thru the creaminess of the mozzarella well.  The garlic taste was not too overpowering too due to the usage of olive and cut chillies, therefor I think this is really a good alternative to serve Mozzarella if you´re errm ... looking for an alternative way.
