Bandnudel mit Champignonrahmsauce for German Thursday



































Its been a very long day today so I am gonna call it an early night after posting this up.  This is our dinner tonight - a simple noodle dish using local egg noodle call Bandnudle (Ribbon Noodle) topped with Mushroom Cream sauce which I cook simply with mushroom, onions, a dash of alcohol, cream and seasoning.  To try to incorporate a salad in our meal today to perk up our brown base dinner.
